when & where The date of the wedding was December 9, 2001 at 1:00 p.m. Sheen has always wanted a December wedding. The ceremony was held at the Minoru Chapel in Richmond, B.C. Canada. Do not let the small cutsy country chapel fool you - this was not exactly a traditional wedding. Sheen and I taylored the event to be more fitting for our other-than-traditional tastes. Michael Bloodgood conducted the ceremony. A reception followed at 4:30 p.m. in the Country Meadows Restaurant, also in Richmond. This included a buffet style meal and dancing.
